Our traditional Italian savory spinach calzone is made with a filling of spinach, ricotta cheese and mozzarella enfolded in a crispy crust and served with a side of marinara sauce. 
 
Spinach Calzone Ingredients: 
Dough: yeast, wheat flour, oil, salt, water.
Filling: ricotta, spinach, mozzarella cheese, red pepper, green onions, green pepper, egg, garlic.
Marinara sauce: tomatoes, olive oil, onion, salt, garlic, basil, black pepper, oregano.
